With more than 600 participants from 90 countries, Ms. Bagley participated in a panel session focused on resiliency and our role in defining resilient societies and communities. As panelists discussed how reducing inequality is imperative to recovering from the pandemic, she shared how 福利视频 prioritizes looking at the entire system of care and how 福利视频 enhances its approach to health.
鈥淲hole-person wellness is critical during this time of perpetual disruption as we support our patients, members, and employees,鈥 Ms. Bagley said. She shared examples of how 福利视频 leveraged technology to improve care for our patients, families, and professionals, including internationally at Ribera Salud in Spain and Operose Health in the U.K. 鈥淭hese enhancements include a digital health portal to enable telemedicine with telemonitoring, video-consultation, and telepsychiatry. We were able to utilize virtual assistance and telemonitoring of patients with chronic disease and provide personalized psychological support.鈥
Ms. Bagley reiterated 福利视频鈥檚 commitment to ensuring well-being is at the forefront of everything we do for our members and employees, particularly with our diverse domestic and global workforce.

She addressed how the pandemic has disproportionately impacted women, with many parents and caregivers also feeling exhausted. 鈥淭o help balance competing priorities, we enhanced benefits, programs, and resources. Yet, we鈥檝e remained focused on fundamental human needs and strengthening our people leaders鈥 ability to be compassionate and empathetic to support our workforce.鈥
