Starr, a member of Home State Health, was born with severe medical challenges. Her grandmother, Anna, needed help finding the appropriate medical specialists and treatment for the infant. Home State Health quickly connected the grandmother with a pediatric care manager who streamlined Starr's treatment plan to ensure she accessed the services the baby needed to thrive.
