Join City Year Milwaukee as we officially welcome and recognize Corps 17 at our 2026–2027 Opening Day celebration. This inspiring event marks the beginning of a powerful year of service for 75 AmeriCorps members who will serve alongside students, educators, and communities across 10 public schools.
Opening Day is more than a ceremony—it is a celebration of service, partnership, and possibility. Together, we’ll honor our AmeriCorps members’ commitment to helping students feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
